How do you Track all the Variables?
AccuStaff-Rx uses a unique proprietary approach that accommodates hundreds of variables without asking your staff to input all of them. After your custom site profile is built, a short bi-weekly pharmacy report is all we need in order to measure labor to workload. Then AccuStaff-Rx goes to work. Do you Calculate Productivity Percentages?
We calculate actual workload and labor to cover without regard to productivity targets or 'percent productive'. In other words, we calculate the actual need, not the distance from a target. You decide what to do with any difference, such as improving services or redeployment of talent to other value added activities. That helps you best utilize your staff. How Much Does it Cost?
A lot less than a 'consultant'. By using virtual methods, we are able to operate at a much lower cost. After a one-time fee for building each custom site profile, there is a small monthly charge that includes everything. There are no extra charges if we update our methodology or upgrade our processes. Thanks to economies of scale , the monthly fee is typically "less than a part time pharmacy technician". There is no contract, only a simple service agreement.
